WAV3+CORE has six oscillators, two filters, an arpeggiator with step lanes and a 24-slot effects chain. It was made for trance and progressive leads, and it does basses, pads and odd noises too.

Unzip the download.
Copy WAV3PLUSCORE.vst3 to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
Rescan plugins in your DAW and load WAV3+CORE.

The plugin is not code-signed yet, so Windows may block the downloaded file. Before you unzip it, right-click the zip, choose Properties, check Unblock and click OK. Only download it from this site.
